Prices and membership
What you pay with us depends on how often you’d like to come.
It’s worth becoming a member – that way, you can go as often as you like, attend any of the classes on the timetable, and don’t have to worry about using up your session credits.
A drop-in session costs 270 kroner. As a member, with one session a week, you pay around 199 kroner, and if you go two or more times, it works out at less than a hundred kroner.
Membership
With membership, you get:
Unrestricted access to all lessons in the timetable
Our online video library, so you can practise at home during the holidays and at weekends
Free admission to selected smaller events
10–15 per cent discount on workshops with guest tutors
20 per cent discount on drop-in visits to the Nausta and ROA saunas
Free in July. All memberships except Online are put on hold for one month during the summer
If you are a student, on disability benefit, on long-term sick leave, receiving the minimum state pension, or under 25, we have special rates. If there are several of you from the same company, you will also receive a discount.
New here?
In that case, a taster lesson is a great way to start. It costs 50 kroner and takes up one hour of the regular timetable.
If you’re not quite sure which class to choose, we’ve put together a guide that goes through them all.
Single lessons and multi-session passes
If you come along now and then, a single lesson or a multi-session ticket is a good option. The multi-session tickets are valid for six months, and with ten sessions, you pay 230 kroner per hour.
Would you like to practise at home?
The online membership gives you access to 25 yoga and Pilates videos of varying intensity, whenever it suits you. It renews every month until you cancel it.
Course
Would you like to attend the same class, on the same day, every week? If so, sign up for a course and your place will be reserved for the whole term. If you miss a class, you can catch it up on another course.
Classes cost 210 kroner each, and in autumn 2026 they will run for 17 weeks. Postnatal yoga, antenatal yoga and yoga for teenagers can be booked in the same way, with separate prices.
Full-time students, people with disabilities, those on long-term sick leave and those receiving the minimum state pension are entitled to a 15% discount on courses. Use the code REDUS15 and email us confirmation at post@moldeyogapilates.no.
Young people aged between 11 and 14 travel at half price when a parent or guardian pays the full fare.
Gift vouchers
A gift voucher can be used for classes, multi-session passes, drop-in sessions and events, and is valid for one year. You choose the amount yourself. Find out more about gift vouchers.
Good to know
You book and cancel via Punchpass, not by phone or email.
Each session requires at least four people to sign up, so please book well in advance.
We follow the school calendar and are closed in July, at Christmas, at Easter and on public holidays.
Membership may be suspended for up to one month per year in the event of illness, subject to the provision of a doctor’s certificate.
Discounted membership is available to students, people with disabilities, those on long-term sick leave and those receiving the minimum state pension. Please send us proof of your eligibility and we’ll sort it out.
If you’re not sure how to get started, we have a separate page on booking and registration.
If you have any questions, please email us at post@moldeyogapilates.no. We’ll find a solution.
We look forward to seeing you on the mat ✨
